Counselling Services offers an affordable (for FEE's see FAQ's), Private, Qualified, Professional, Counselling, and Life Coaching Service.

Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Loss, Stress, Life Crisis, Relationship Issues, Work Related Problems,  Anger Management. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, if your issue is not covered here or, you are in any doubt, please call me for a free and informal chat. You are under no obligation whatsoever and what you say is in the strictest confidence.



Confidentiality

I aim to make your counselling session as relaxing an experience as possible. I also intend to create a safe, secure and confidential environment enabling openness and ease of discussion of what can be delicate, sensitive and often painful issues. Confidentiality is taken very seriously by professional Counsellors and everything that is discussed is kept in the strictest confidence. The're a couple of exceptions to this rule and I will discuss these with you at the assessment session.



Appointments

Appointments are Face to Face in a private setting.
